The Winery

The Cono Sur winery is located in Chimbarongo in Chile, and is one of the country's most important wineries. The first winery ever to be certified Carbon Neutral, Cono Sur is the world's leading producer of Pinot Noir, and a leader in aromatic white grape varieties such as Viognier.
Winemaking is overseen by Matias Rios, who has worked for Cono Sur for 15 years and passionately supports their environmental and sustainability credentials
